Signpost Kent
We all have times when we feel anxious, stressed or depressed, but finding out who can help can be difficult. Signpost Kent’s person-centred approach will support you to achieve improved mental wellbeing. Signpost Kent will be for anyone in need of help with their mental health. It is being designed by people from your community so that it will provide free information and support in a flexible, responsive and accessible way. It is piloting in Thanet and will be rolled out across Kent over the next two years.

Kent and Medway Partnership Trust
Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust formed on 1 April 2006 after East Kent NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust and West Kent NHS and Social Care Trust merged.
They provide a full range of mental health and other services to 1.6 million people across Kent and Medway.
There are three geographical directorates that are in line with the Primary Care Trusts (PCT):
- West Kent
- Eastern and Coastal
- Medway.
These boundaries are shared with their social care partners in Kent County Council and Medway Council. In addition, they operate a county-wide forensic psychiatry service.
