If you have concerns about your mental health, help and support is available from lots of sources. In this section we have provided some information about what help and support is available for you in the community in Kent and Medway.

Health and Social Care in Kent and Medway. Support for people with mental health needs who are not in hospital is divided into health and social care.  This section explains how these services work in Kent and Medway. For more information click here.
