Live It Well have just launched their new database and new way of searching for information for you (see the menu bar on the right).
You can now look by locality, type of service, age, recovery star, key words - or a combination of both. You can also pull the information off into a downloadable or printable resource called My Support.

Welcome to the Live It Well website for better mental wellbeing in Kent and Medway.
This website which is funded by Kent County Council and Medway Council and has been designed to help you maintain your wellbeing and link you in to what is available to support you locally. The Live It Well website is currently running the Six Ways to Wellbeing Campaign.
