The Shaw Trust is a national charity, committed to supporting people with disabilities, health conditions, or those experiencing broader economic disadvantage to find and keep a job, live independently and play their role in our society. The Shaw Trust are currently assisting Kent County Council in the strategic transformation of their Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. The Shaw Trust aim in this is to actively promote the recovery and empowerment of individuals, to encourage increased engagement within the community, and improve the transition between wellbeing services and both Primary and Secondary health care.
