Shepway Open Forum and Take Off are holding 4 open events across East Kent to give service users a say in shaping and designing mental health services in Kent. These events are entirely run by and for mental health service users; we together decide on the direction of our action and our level of involvement.

Welcome to the Live It Well website for better mental wellbeing in Kent and Medway.
This website which is funded by Kent County Council and Medway Council and has been designed to help you maintain your wellbeing and link you in to what is available to support you locally. The Live It Well website is currently running the Six Ways to Wellbeing Campaign.
