NAPAC is the National Association for People Abused in Childhood. NAPAC is there to help adults come to terms with what abuse suffered in childhood. • Community Support - Kent Law school have an outreach clinic based at our centre which can offer free legal advice. Citizens Advice Bureau also run weekly outreach appointments here.

Take Off is running a Peer Support Group group to support positive mental wellbeing for young people aged 17 - 27.

Are you attending university, got an apprenticeship, going to college, working, unemployed, taking time off?

We’ll be looking at a range of different topics, tailored to meet the needs of the members. Topics may include anxiety, depression, worry, finances, relationships and more. This will be a Peer support group designed and lead by you.

The group runs from the Take Off office on Monday afternoons once a month.
