As part of the Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) redesign, NHS Kent and Medway (in partnership with KMPT) are holding 3 workshops across Kent and Medway, jointly hosted by Mental Health Commissioners and KMPT managers. The workshops look at ways of improving the recovery journey, or ‘care pathway,’ for those service users who have a serious and enduring mental health condition, and their carers.
The third and final workshop will take place in East Kent and will be held on be held on Friday, 20th January 2012 at
Westgate Hall, Westgate Hall Road, Canterbury CT1 2BT.Buffet lunch is available from 12:30 – 1:30
Workshop runs from 1:30 – 4:00 and is open to service users, carers and voluntary organisations.
