Back in the Spring, mental health service users and carers were invited to answer six questions about their experiences in a survey run by Medway Primary Care Trust, who lead the development of mental health services across Kent and Medway. The results have now been analysed. Joanne Ross, Community Mental Health Services Programme Lead for the NHS in Kent and Medway, said:
“We would like to thank those individuals who completed the recent Community Mental Health Service Improvements Survey and wanted to keep you informed of the outcomes which have been put together in the attached report which has been prepared for us by KMPT.
We will be making use of these outcomes as we progress with the work being undertaken on the Community Mental Health Service re-design.
Thank you once again for your input.”
