Service Personnel and ex armed Service Personnel and their familes are invited to attend a Transition fair in Chatham on the 27th June 11am - 2pm. The Transition fair will showcase a number of employers, housing and health professionals giving advice and help to service personnel and ex service personnel and their families to find out more about the fair click here.
