Have you used a NHS Hospital or mental health service in the past 6 months? If the answer is yes then Kent LINk want to hear your views on your experience of these services, either as a patient, service user, friend, relative or carer. The LINk have published three questionnaires asking for your view, the closing date for completed questionaries is Thursday 31st May 2012. The Kent LINk will use the information gathered to comment on the quality of patient and carer experiences of local services.
