Live It Well, KMPT and Rethink Mental Illness are holding a Live It Library in Medway on the 11 June at the The Sunlight Centre, 105 Richmond Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1LX (10 - 4pm).

Everyone is welcome to come to record their stories - service user, carer, professional or anyone of any age affected by mental health issues. To find out more about the event click here.

The Live It Library is a collaborative project being hosted on Live It Well between Live It Well (KCC), Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust and Rethink Mental Illness. The Live It Library is an online resource of people who have experienced or are experiencing mental health issues stories. This can be the individual themselves, carers, friends and relatives and even mental health professionals. The aim of the library is to share stories, challenge stigma, promote understanding, to offer hope and to enable people to speak honestly about their experiences.
