The successful Live It Library project is coming back to Ashford next Friday 1 August.
The Live It Library is a project that travels around Kent and Medway recording stories of people who have had experience of mental health issues. With this collection of recovery stories the Live It Library hopes to:
- Challenge Stigma
- Help promote Understanding
- To offer hope
- To say its ok to be honest about mental health
- To educate and raise awareness of mental health
