Live It Well are also linking with libraries and are inviting you to Read Yourself Well as part of the Six Ways to Wellbeing which aims to boost
happiness and health in Kent. The Six Ways are Connect (people), Be Active (body), Keep Learning (mind), Give (spirit), Take Notice (place) and Grow Your World (planet). It is not about making big changes - a way can be a little thing like saying hello to a neighbour (connect) or going for a walk (be active).
Research shows that the Six Ways to Wellbeing help to improve our moods, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy and even add seven years to our lives. Relaxing with a good book is a great way to improve your wellbeing but there are lots of other ways people can boost their mood when making a trip to their local library.
