Time to Change are holding a Time to Talk Day on 6 February away, now is the time to start thinking about what you could do on 6 February to get people talking about mental health in your workplace, school, or with your friends and family.
Time to Change are aiming to have a million conversations so you’ll be joining in with people, organisations and schools up and down the country to make the biggest noise yet about mental health. Lots of people have already been registering activities on their website - http://www.time-to-change.org.uk/talkday-activity - from distributing Time to Talk tea bags to encourage staff to have conversations about mental health, to giving presentations in school assemblies.
When you have decided what you’re going to do you can register at www.time-to-change.org.uk/talkday-activity and Time to Change will be able to support you with tips, conversation starters, posters and even Time to Talk tea bags, which will all be available very soon for people who have registered.
Live It Well are holding a Live It Library in Tonbridge on the 6 February to find out more about this event click here.
