Live It Well is promoting the Six Ways to Wellbeing Campaign which is encouraging everyone to make small changes that can make a difference to your wellbeing. It could be something small like saying hello, giving way to another driver or pausing to look out of the window or it could be something longer term such as starting a hobby, recycling regularly or going for a walk every day. Research shows that these ways – connect, give, take notice, keep learning, be active and grow your world – can improve your mood, strengthen your relationships and help you to cope when life doesn’t go to plan.
