There are lots of events happening in Kent to support World Mental Health Day so why not get out, get involved and find out more about mental health and all of the great work happening around the county.
This World Mental Health Day (Friday 10 October) if you cant come to one of the events happening in Kent why not take the opportunity to think about the small things we can all do to make a difference to someone experiencing a mental health problem – like sending a text to a friend or having a cup of tea and chat.
