10 Minute Workouts Add to Your Support

Short on time? Hate the gym? Too tired to exercise after work? NHS Choices have some 10-minute workouts that you can fit into your busy life.

The equipment-free fitness routines are great to do at home and short enough for you to easily fit them into your daily schedule. There are six workouts, one for every day of the week if you include a rest day, each working on a different area of your fitness.

Or if your level of fitness is better why not try one two or even three in ten minute exercise bouts during one day - its a great way to Be Active.
