Do you want some suggestions of how to get better physical health? Most of it is common sense but if you need some tips or advice to get more healthy we have compiled some information below to help improve your health, loose weight and get more active.

The primary care trusts in Kent and Medway are working with GP’s and KMPT to improve physical health for people with mental health needs.
