Our beliefs

We believe that most of us need a social network to get by in life. Also, that exercise, healthy eating and meaningful occupation all help to keep us happy and well. This site has therefore been designed for people to be able to connect with what is happening in their local area. We have also included lots of lists of tips and tricks that support the Six Ways to Wellbeing.
