About this site
This website has been compiled by people working in the voluntary and statutory sector in Kent and Medway. The website has been designed as a source of information, help and guidance and is designed to promote wellbeing in Kent and Medway for all and to help people connect with their local communities.
This website has also been designed to promote the Live It Well Strategy for Kent and Medway and the messages contained within it.
Our beliefs
We believe that most of us need a social network to get by in life. Also, that exercise, healthy eating and meaningful occupation all help to keep us happy and well. This site has therefore been designed for people to be able to connect with what is happening in their local area. We have also included lots of lists of tips and tricks that people use to keep well – like the mental health equivalent of “5 ways to mental wellbeing“.
