Welcome to the Live It Well website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Live It Well’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

3. User Generated Content – Rules of Acceptable Use (Live It Well Blogs)

Any discussion forums or pages of the website where you are capable of posting material (Live It Well Blogs) are provided for your private and non-commercial use and for the exchange of lawful, relevant, fair and appropriate information, opinions and comment. Use of the website that is inconsistent with those stated purposes is strictly prohibited. Your use of the website generally is subject to the following terms which, by your use of the blogs and the website, you are deemed to accept

• You may not use obscene or offensive language.
• You may not place on the blogs or website any material which is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or hateful or which applauds, encourages or entices abuse, discrimination or hate;

• Whilst we do not pre-screen submissions placed on our online blogs, we do have the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to review, edit, move or delete any material submitted to our online forums.
• Live It Well accepts no responsibility for any statements, material or other submissions placed on our online blogs by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Rules of Acceptable Use.
• You agree to indemnify Live It Well, its associated companies and its representatives and employees from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from your statements, contributions or other submissions to our online forums, from any unauthorised use of material obtained from our online forums or otherwise from your breach of our Rules of Acceptable Use.

We will not view or edit or pre-screen any contribution that you or anyone else make to the forums or to the website generally and therefore, unless we are specifically notified of the nature of any item of content, you cannot assume that we are responsible for having made it available on the website. The content on the website has been provided from a number of sources and Live It Well does not accept any liability for this information. Live It Well shall have the right to assign, novate, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions without securing your prior consent and you agree that these Terms & Conditions will be enforceable against you by any successor in title of Live It Well.

These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between the parties regarding the website and no variation shall be effective unless agreed between the parties in writing.
