Get involved in a Great British Walk this Autumn Add to Your Support

The National Trust are encouraging everyone to join them for a great British walk this autumn. The countryside is alive with colour this time of year as the autumn landscape changes from green to gold. The National Trust want you to join in the celebration of autumn by you getting out and exploring their new walking trails and events.

Walking is a great way to Be Active, but it’s also a great way to get out take notice and enjoy the great countryside that we have around us in Kent. It is easy to get started, you don’t need any special equipment and if you walk in a group it’s a great way to connect with others.

The National Trust’s Great British Walk is part of their celebration that will run until November 4 with more than 3,000 events planned at National Trust properties in some of the country’s best walking locations. There are already hundreds of free downloadable walks on the National Trust website to choose from.
