Tree of Life is an installation by creative groups and individual artists from across Kent celebrating creativity for mental wellbeing, organised by Canterbury Mind the Gap. The opening event is on 18 October 12 noon – 3pm, and thereafter the exhibition continues daily 11am – 4pm until 29 October at

Live It Well – Simple Steps to Wellbeing

Welcome to the Live It Well website for Kent and Medway.

This website has been developed to support the five year Live It Well Strategy for Kent and Medway and has been designed to help you maintain your wellbeing and link you in to what is available to support you locally.

As well as ideas that can help everyone stay well, it has information for people who use mental health services, carers and mental health professionals.
