An exercise group to help women beat depression, suitable for women who have mild to moderate depression or anxiety and who are not currently runners. Plenty of evidence shows that exercise can be a great help, and can in some cases be as effective as antidepressant medication. The programme starts with brisk walking and a small amount of jogging, then builds up gently over 8 weeks. A new group starts in May.
