As part of Mental Health Awareness Week on 16-22 May the new Live Well service is inviting you to celebrate with the launch of Live Well Kent – your new community mental and physical health and wellbeing service.

What is Live Well Kent?
At Live Well Kent we help people improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. It’s a free service for anyone over 17. To find out more about the help we offer and how we work go to livewellkent.org.uk
Why should I attend?
Anyone who wants to improve their everyday living, become more independent and confident, meet new people, get better skills or find a job is more than welcome to come along.
What’s happening?
Live Well Kent will provide lunch and healthy juices plus you’ll be able to find out what this new programme offers. You can get involved in some of the below activities:

• Community market place – talk to various people about what is on offer
• Wellbeing interactive zone – learn about the six ways to wellbeing
• Healthy living zone – learn how to improve physical health.
