On 5 May 2016 we embarked on a review of the services and pathway we currently provide. This group includes representatives from our Acute Services, Community Recovery Services, Specialist Personality Disorder Services, Medway Clinical Commissioning Group, east Kent and west Kent Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and volunteers from our Experts by Experience group who have used our services. The aim of the group is to review the current provision of personality disorder services across Kent and Medway and develop options for an integrated pathway that provides high quality and timely treatment, care and support to people with personality disorders, including carers and families. In short, this review is to help us improve the services for those who use them. Delivering the right care, at the right time, with the right outcome. The group will meet fortnightly for three months and will produce a strategy for the delivery of personality disorder services for the future. Regular updates will be made available on our website to ensure that you are kept informed on our progress
