Your Local GP: If you have concerns over your mental health, or need some support you can visit your GP. NHS Direct can help you find a local GP.

Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) - availiable free! The Royal College of Psychiatrists recommends some online cCBT. Take a look here (you will need to scroll down the page to where it says “Computerised CBT”) – the rest of the website has lots of interesting information on too and is worth a look!
